KIEV, October 10. /TASS/. Explosions were heard in the city of Krivoy Rog of the Dnepropetrovsk Region on Monday evening, said Alexey Goncharenko, a member of the Ukrainian parliament.

"Krivoy Rog. Explosions," he said on Telegram.

Krivoy Rog Mayor Alexander Vikul said earlier that two of the city’s districts suffered power and running water outages.

Air alerts rang out across the entire Ukraine on Monday. A series of explosions rocked Kiev and some other regions of the country, including the Dnepropetrovsk Region, Odessa and Kharkov in the morning. Russian President Vladimir Putin said at an urgent Security Council meeting on Monday that a massive strike had been inflicted on Ukrainian energy, military command and communications facilities.
