Medvedev vows Russia to continue liberating territories controlled by Ukrainian neo-Nazis

It was emphasized that Russia had confidently chosen its path and would stay the course

MOSCOW, October 6. /TASS/. Russia will continue to liberate the territories that are still under the grip of Ukrainian neo-Nazis, Chairman of the United Russia party and deputy head of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said at a meeting of the party’s general council on Thursday.

Medvedev pointed out that Russia "is not fighting against Ukraine per se." "The goals of the so-called global West represented by the United States and its main stooges are perfectly clear. They seek to destroy Russia, while weakening other countries, which by the way include European nations. Ukraine is nothing more than a technical tool here, and its citizens are expendable items for the theater of military operations selected by the West," the party chairman noted.

He emphasized that Russia had confidently chosen its path and would stay the course. "All the goals set forth by the head of state, which include protecting our citizens and our territories, will definitely be achieved," Medvedev concluded.
