MOSCOW, February 3. /TASS/. The Russian Investigative Committee has confirmed the information about the death of head of the Boxing Federation of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Armen Sarkisyan.

"Despite the medical assistance provided, one of the victims died in hospital," the Moscow branch of the Investigative Committee said in a statement.

On Monday morning, an explosion occurred in the lobby of the Alye Parusa residential complex in northwest Moscow. A criminal case has been opened under the Russian Criminal Code articles of attempted murder of two or more persons, murder by a common dangerous method and illegal weapons trafficking.
