One person injured in Kiev’s bombardment of Belgorod Region — governor

MOSCOW, October 18. /TASS/. A man was injured in the Ukrainian army’s mortar shelling of several villages in the Belgorod Region, Regional Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on Tuesday.

"Several villages of the Grayvoron urban district were subjected to mortar fire. A man was injured as a result of the shelling of Glotovo. He was taken to the Grayvoron central district hospital. He is receiving all the necessary medical assistance," the governor wrote on his Telegram channel.

In the village of Mokraya Orlovka, the local dairy farm came under mortar fire. No one was hurt in the shelling, according to preliminary information. During the shelling, mortar rounds hit two power transmission lines, which cut off power in the villages of Bezymeno and Dunaika, the governor said.
