KIEV, October 17. /TASS/. A critical infrastructure facility was damaged in a missile strike in Vinnitsa in central Ukraine, regional head Sergey Borzov said on Monday.

"The Vinnitsa Region has again come under a missile strike. A critical infrastructure facility has been hit," the regional head wrote on his Telegram channel.

Ukrainian media outlets reported earlier on Monday that a series of blasts rocked the region.

An air raid alert has been declared in all the regions of Ukraine now.
