MOSCOW, December 15. /TASS/. The Swedish Supreme Court has rejected the claim initiated by Spanish minority shareholders of Yukos on the payment of $2 mln by the Russian Federation, the general director of the International Center for Legal Protection, which presents Russia’s interests on the Yukos case abroad, Andrey Kondakov told TASS Thursday.
"The Supreme Court of Sweden has rejected the collective application of minority shareholders of Yukos from Spain presented by a group of investment funds, to reverse the decision of the Svea Court of Appeals," Kondakov said.
