Some users of the Brand Analytics website say the app is not working at all

MOSCOW, December 28. /TASS/. The messaging app Telegram has been experiencing service failures in Russia, according to reports from users.

Users have posted 958 reports on the sboy.rf monitoring website complaining about the app’s unstable work.

TASS reporters have witnessed that there can be lengthy delays in sending messages on Telegram - both in the mobile app and the desktop version. Some users of the Brand Analytics website say the app is not working at all.
