Russia’s non-resource non-energy exports hit $125 bln in eight months, says PM

It is noted that a whole range of measures are being implemented now for reaching long-term goals

MOSCOW, October 20. /TASS/. Russia’s non-resource non-energy exports added 7% in money terms in first eight months of 2022 year-on-year, reaching $125 bln, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said at a forum on Thursday.

"As far as non-resource non-energy exports overall are concerned, despite a decrease in supplies, in eight months of this year their nominal value in money terms rose by 7% compared with last year, reaching $125 bln," he said.

A whole range of measures are being implemented now for reaching long-term goals, Mishustin noted, adding that new support mechanisms meeting the exporters’ demands are being adjusted and created within the framework of the ‘International cooperation and export’ national project.
