MOSCOW, October 12. /TASS/. Russia will prepare about thirty energy projects to be offered in 2023 at the second Russia-Africa summit, department head of the Energy Ministry Dmitry Semenov said at the Russian Energy Week forum.
"We are preparing for the second Russia-Africa summit. We have endorsed in the Ministry and updated the list of priority projects together with companies - about thirty positions. The share of the hydropower sector is large, over 30%," the official said.
Solutions being prepared for African nations focus on providing access to inexpensive and pure energy, Semenov said. Nevertheless, the time for adaptation is required in conditions of sanctions, he added.
