Ukrainian military fires eight HIMARS rockets at LPR territory in past day

LUGANSK, October 25. /TASS/. The Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled the territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) five times in the past 24 hours, the LPR mission to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination said in a statement on Telegram on Tuesday.

"Five shelling attacks by Ukrainian Armed Forces were recorded, which targeted the Zorinsk, Belokurakino, Starobelsk, Zolotoye-2 and Krasnorechenskoye settlements. The attacks involved a US-made M142 HIMARS system (eight rockets) and a 155 mm artillery gun (five munitions)," the statement reads.

The Ukrainian military’s shelling damaged a railway station building in Belokurakino, destroyed two homes in Zolotoye-2 and damaged a home in Starobelsk.
