Kherson official points to declining morale in Ukrainian troops

It was explained that Ukrainian forces were suffering huge losses, which was negatively affecting their morale

MOSCOW, October 24. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops stationed near Kherson are losing morale, unwilling to go into the attack, the Kherson Region’s Deputy Governor Kirill Stremousov said on Monday.

"A decline in morale is clear, <...> they are unwilling to go into the attack. They are mostly conducting artillery strikes," he told Channel One.

Stremousov explained that Ukrainian forces were suffering huge losses, which was negatively affecting their morale.
