Explosive device fixed to utility pole detonated remotely in Kherson — deputy governor

KHERSON, October 23. /TASS/. An improvised explosive device fixed to an utility pole was remotely activated in Kherson on Sunday, deputy governor of the Kherson Region Kirill Stremousov said.

The region’s health ministry said earlier in the day that one person died and three more were wounded in a terror attack staged by the Ukrainian army in Kherson.

"A terror attack was staged in Kherson. At around 14:00 today. An improvised explosive device fixed to an utility pole was detonated remotely to kill one city resident. One more passerby was hurt," Stremousov wrote on his Telegram channel.
