Kiev's forces persecute civilians in Kharkov Region for accepting Russian aid — official

It was said the military-civilian administration’s offices were open in the Belgorod, Voronezh and Krasnodar regions and in the LPR

MOSCOW, October 19. /TASS/. The Ukrainian forces persecute civilians in the Kharkov Region who accepted humanitarian aid from Russia, the head of the military-civilian administration, Vitaly Ganchev, said on Wednesday.

"Unfortunately, we are receiving very alarming news. The Ukrainian Nazis crack down on anyone who even just received aid. It was aid from Russia, just humanitarian aid. Not for some kind of activity, for work for the administration or the police. If people just asked us for something, Ukraine treats them as criminals," the Telegram channel of the regional military-civilian administration quotes Ganchev as saying.

He said the military-civilian administration’s offices were open in the Belgorod, Voronezh and Krasnodar regions and in the LPR. Their task is to help local residents of the Kharkov Region who have left it with formalities and employment.
