Russia says its air defenses intercepted 4 Ukrainian Tochka-U missiles, 24 Uragan rockets

Four Ukrainian Tochka-U ballistic missiles were intercepted in the areas of Stakhanov, Kalinovo, Almaznaya of the Donetsk People's Republic

MOSCOW, June 18. /TASS/. Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Igor Konashenkov on Saturday said Russian air defenses intercepted four Ukrainian Tochka-U missiles and 24 Uragan MLRS rockets in the LPR, DPR and the Kharkov Region.

"These were intercepted: four Ukrainian Tochka-U ballistic missiles in the areas of Stakhanov, Kalinovo, Almaznaya of the Donetsk People's Republic, as well as 24 rockets of the Uragan multiple launch rocket system over the settlements of Donetsk, Yasinovataya, Verkhnetoretskoye, Luganskoye, Novoaleksandrovka of the Donetsk People's Republic, Zolotoye, Popasnoye of the Lugansk People's Republic, Izyum, Russkiye Tishki and Malye Prokhody of the Kharkov Region," he said.
