TEHRAN, November 6. /TASS/. Iran will no longer be satisfied with paper commitments from the United States and intends to demand practical steps by Washington, Deputy Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Ali Bagheri said.
"The Islamic Republic of Iran has the right not to be content with paper commitments from the Americans," the Iranian public broadcaster quoted the senior Iranian security official as saying.
According to Bagheri, over the past 18 months, the United States has derailed four rounds of talks by violating its commitments. Iran must witness Washington’s practical actions with its own eyes, he noted, and once it does, there will be an opportunity to open a new page in relations.
