MINSK, March 6. /TASS/. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko considers feasible to implement a project of drone plant construction by Russia.
"We are ready for building the plant. We guarantee: you will not build it in Russia in the way [you can do it] here," Lukashenko said addressing deputy head of Russian presidential administration Maxim Oreshkin, as cited by the BelTA news agency.
Russia is demonstrating good results in the sphere of drones development and production, Lukashenko said. The Belarusian leader suggested preparing a team of experts in Belarus and send it to Russia for further training in cutting-edge spheres of unmanned aerial system.
Oreshkin said earlier in Minsk that Russia proposes to build a drone plant in Belarus with the capacity up to 100,000 units per year.
