GROZNY, December 4. /TASS/. Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov admitted that Elon Musk did not present him with a Cybertruck pickup, it was a joke.

"I find Elon Musk himself interesting, I like his character, his lifestyle, how he behaves, his life stance, I like joking with him via social media. He did not give me that car, the car wasn’t mine - I came up with that joke and launched it," he said during a Q&A session.

He noted that "there is another car coming."

"But these [Cybertruck electric pickups] are useless at war. We’ve sent one to the war, installed a machinegun - it was inefficient at war, our [UAZ] Patriot is better than this car. If we insulted Elon Musk with anything - we apologize. […] We like such people," the head of the republic explained.

Earlier, head of Chechnya claimed that he received a Cybertruck from Elon Musk and tested it. He promised to send this vehicle to the special military operation area and invited Musk to visit Grozny. Later, the US billionaire and Tesla CEO claimed that he did not present a pickup to Kadyrov. In response, Kadyrov thanked Musk for the Starlink system, praising the communication speed in the special military operation area. On September 19, Kadyrov announced that Musk shut down the pickup sent to the special operation area remotely.
