DPR to discharge post-graduate students from military service

On November 13, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered a demobilization of students of the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics who had previously been called up for military service, and sending them back to studies

DONETSK, November 28. /TASS/. Denis Pushilin, the acting head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, has signed a decree to discharge from military service the post-graduate students that were conscripted as part of a military mobilization.

"To discharge from military service the citizens that were conscripted as part of the military mobilization, and at the time of their conscription were enrolled for education of the relevant level for the first time, taking full-time and part-time forms classes: in educational and scientific organizations under state-accredited educational programs of secondary vocational and higher education (including residency programs and assistantship-internship programs); in educational and scientific organizations for training programs of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in graduate school," said the decree that was published on Monday.
