NEW YORK, April 11. /TASS/. Businessman Elon Musk, who recently became Twitter’s largest shareholder, has proposed to convert the company’s head office in San Francisco into a homeless shelter.

He started a poll on the matter on his Twitter page on Saturday.

"Convert Twitter SF HQ to homeless shelter since no one shows up anyway," he said in a post, placing ‘yes’ and ‘no’ buttons underneath.

More than 1.8 million users have cast votes as of now, and more than 90% are in support of the proposal.
