MOSCOW, October 23. /TASS/. Russia completely recognizes the importance of maintaining stable and predictable relations with the United States, a senior Russian Foreign Ministry official said on Friday.

"Russia’s approach to relations with the United States is well known, and it remains unchanged," Alexander Gusarov, director of the ministry’s department of North Atlantic, said in an interview with the International Affairs magazine.

"We fully recognize the indispensability of maintaining stable and predictable relations between Russia and the United States, which remain the main guarantors of international strategic stability," he added.
