ST. PETERSBURG, May 19. /TASS/. Russia’s State Duma speaker Sergey Naryshkin hopes the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) will be ratified by national parliaments of the member-states this autumn.
"Hopefully, this autumn this crucial document will be submitted to parliaments and ratified without delay, simultaneously if possible," he said Thursday.
According to Naryshkin, "it is important not to delay ratification of the EAEU Customs Code." "The delay here is related to a number of external factors, including the complexity of adjustment of various terms of WTO entrance," he said, adding though that "all disputable matters are being solved successfully."
"The transparency and focus on healthy business are the cores of the future Customs Code," Naryshkin said.
