ST. PETERSBURG, March 3. /TASS/. Lawyers of Warner Music UK and Universal Music Russia will appeal against the court decisions in their disputes on the music content with VKontakte social network, the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) representing interests of international music studios told TASS on Thursday.

"Appeals against decisions on claims of Universal Music Russia and Warner Music regarding associated rights violation by VKontakte social network made by Thirteenth Arbitration Appellation Court of St. Petersburg on March 2 and 3 will be presented," IFPI representative said.
Appeals are expected to be filed after publications of full texts of court decisions.
VKontakte won court cases against Warner Music UK and Universal Music Russia, VKontakte press secretary Evgeny Krasnikov said earlier. "VKontakte nailed down its status of a bona fide information intermediary," he added.
