DOHA, October 25. /TASS/. Yemen’s Ansar Allah rebel group (Houthis) military spokesman Yahya Saria has designated King Khalid International Airport in the Saudi Arabian capital as a military target and warned airlines of the dangers of using it.
"The armed forces (the Houthis - TASS) warn all airlines, staff, and passengers not to use King Khalid Airport in Riyadh, as it is unsafe since it is a military target for us," the spokesman wrote in a post on his Telegram channel.
He emphasized that the airport "will never be a safe" place, as the Houthis intend to continue attacking it. At the same time, Saria placed responsibility for the airport's continued operation on Saudi Arabia.
