MOSCOW, October 1. /TASS/. Russia and the Republic of the Congo signed a comprehensive plan for development of trade and economic cooperation for the period of 2026-2028, the Russian Ministry of Energy said in conclusion of the 8th meeting of the intergovernmental commission on economic, scientific-technical and trade cooperation.
"A comprehensive document that includes looking-forward projects and the phased plan of their implementation was signed for the first time in the history between our countries," said First Deputy Energy Minister Pavel Sorokin.
The parties discussed key areas of interaction in development of energy infrastructure, exploration and digital development, as well as issues of cooperation in the spheres of industry, transport, agriculture, science, education, and culture.
