MOSCOW, September 24. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed his condolences to Kazakh President Kassym·Jomart Tokayev on the death of military personnel during exercises in the Caspian Sea.

"Dear Kassym·Jomart Kemerkevich, please accept my deepest condolences on the tragic incident during the drills of the Kazakh Navy in the Caspian Sea," the telegram published on the Kremlin’s website says.

Putin conveyed his sincere sympathy and support to the families of the dead military personnel, emphasizing that Russia shares their pain and sorrow.
