TEHRAN, April 10. /TASS/. Rail service between the Iranian capital and Mashhad, the country's second-largest city in the northeast, suspended after the April 7 strikes by the United States and Israel, has been restored, the Tasnim news agency reported.
The Rey-Bahram section of the line has resumed its operations, the Tasnim news agency stated.
Rail traffic was halted across several regions of Iran on April 7 after US and Israeli strikes hit Iranian infrastructure.
