Wartsila posts 200 mln euro of costs due to exit from Russia — report

It is noted that Wartsila announced the completion of the exit process from the Russian market in July of this year

STOCKHOLM, October 25. /TASS/. Costs related to the exit from Russia amounted to 200 mln euro, the Finland’s energy and shipbuilding equipment supplier Wartsila said in its report for the first three quarters of this year.

The operating result in January - September of this year declined by 232 million euro to -62 million euro, Wartsila said. "This includes EUR 200 million costs related to Wartsila’s exit from Russia and EUR 75 million costs related to the ramp down of manufacturing in Trieste," the company informed.

Wartsila announced the completion of the exit process from the Russian market in July of this year.
