NEW YORK, August 2. /TASS/. The US military has redirected 35 commercial vessels since July 14 when the United States resumed its naval blockade against Iran, the US Central Command (CENTCOM) said.

"As of Aug. 2, CENTCOM has redirected 35 commercial vessels, disabled 2, and boarded 2," it wrote on X.

CENTCOM said earlier that more than 20 US ships were operating in the Middle East to enforce the blockade against Iran.
