MOSCOW, August 10. /TASS/. The Supreme Court has found no evidence of calls for extremism in the campaign materials of Yabloko during the consideration of Rodina’s claim to have the party removed from the State Duma elections, a Supreme Court spokesperson told TASS.
"The plaintiff’s arguments that the campaign materials of the Yabloko party contain calls for extremist activities cannot be verified within the framework of this case and should be considered in a separate proceeding upon the presentation of the evidence," the press service said.
The Supreme Court granted the request to remove Yabloko from the State Duma elections. As noted by the spokesperson, the defendant conducted campaigning in violation of intellectual property legislation: it used other people’s creative works (texts, images, videos) without the permission of the copyright holders.
In addition, the defendant’s account received funds from individuals who obtained funding from foreign states.
