MOSCOW, February 15. /TASS/. Five out of 450 lawmakers of the Russian State Duma (lower parliament house) are currently undergoing anti-COVID-19 treatment at hospitals and more than 60% of lawmakers have antibodies to the disease, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said on Monday.
"Five lawmakers are at hospitals," he said, adding that the maximal number of lawmakers hospitalized with the coronavirus infection at a time once reached 30.
"More than 100 lawmakers have been vaccinated or are in the process of vaccination," he said. "In all, more than 60% have antibodies, both after the disease and after vaccination."
According to the lower house speaker, as many as 171 lawmakers have already had COVID-19 and three have died.
