Shoigu, Lavrov top list of most efficient government officials — opinion poll

The poll was conducted in September 2014 among 1,600 respondents across Russia

MOSCOW, October 28. /TASS/. Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov top the list of the country’s most efficient government officials, according to a poll conducted by the Russian Public Opinion Research Centre (WCIOM) on Tuesday.

According to WCIOM, Shoigu scored 4.64 points on a five-grade scale. Lavrov followed him with 4.57 points.

The list also included five government officials: Emergencies Minister Vladimir Puchkov (3.94 points) and the vice-premiers, Dmitry Rogozin (3.88 points) and Dmitry Kozak (3.82 points).

Education and Science Minister Dmitry Livanov has the lowest rating (2.94 points).

The poll was conducted in September 2014 among 1,600 respondents across Russia. The margin of error does not exceed 3.4%
