MOSCOW, March 12. /TASS/. The Russian army has been successfully moving forward in the Kursk Region, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters when asked to comment on the situation in Sudzha.
"We are closely following the information coming from our military. And the data from our military shows that our troops have been successfully progressing in the Kursk Region as they liberate those areas that have been controlled by [Ukrainian] militants," he specified.
Russian forces continue to oust Ukrainian troops from the bordering region of Kursk. In the past day, Russian troops liberated five localities, and they have regained control of downtown Sudzha.
