The Finance Minister noted that "the levels of revenue and under-revenue over the past two months are the same"

MOSCOW, May 3. /TASS/. Russia’s budget will receive an extra sum of about 200 billion rubles ($2.667 billion) thanks to a rise in oil prices, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said.
