As of 1:06 p.m. Moscow time (10:06 a.m. GMT) the dollar was up by 2.43% at 80.15 rubles.

The dollar exchange rate in the Russian interbank market was up by 0.7% at 78.79 rubles, while the euro was up by 0.98% at 91.78 rubles, according to trade data as of 1:16 p.m. Moscow time (10:16 a.m. GMT).
