DOHA, April 1. /TASS/. The Houthi rebels from Yemen-based Ansar Allah launched ballistic missiles at targets in the south of Israel, the group's military wing said in a statement.
"Our armed forces <...> have carried out the third military operation as part of the 'Holy Jihad Battle,' striking key Israeli adversary targets in the southern occupied Palestine [southern Israel] with ballistic missiles," the statement reads.
The Yemeni rebels said the attack achieved its objectives and was conducted jointly with Iran and the Lebanese Shiite movement Hezbollah. The Houthis emphasized that further hostile actions against Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, and Palestine will only lead to retaliatory escalation from Yemen, which will continue until a complete cessation of hostilities.
