MOSCOW, March 10. /TASS/. Palestine is in favor of holding an international conference to resolve the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, Palestinian ambassador to Russia Abdel Hafiz Nofal told TASS.

"It is necessary to convene an international conference based on the United Nations to stop the conflict in Gaza," he said.

According to him, "a two-state solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict" is an important goal.
