YEREVAN, October 5. /TASS/. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have discussed a peace treaty in a phone conversation with the participation of US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, the Armenian Foreign Ministry said.
