International Criminal Court silent on DPR appeal, says human rights activist

According to head of the "Fair Protection" public organization Vitaly Galakhov, the activists gathered material on the use of a Tochka-U missile in Donetsk on March 14, filed an application form but later nobody contacted them

DONETSK, April 21. /TASS/. International Criminal Court (ICC) investigators have not responded to an appeal from human rights activists in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), who gathered evidence for the ICC on Ukraine’s use of a Tochka-U tactical missile on downtown Donetsk on March 14, 2022, says Vitaly Galakhov, head of the "Fair Protection" public organization.

"We have gathered material on the use of a Tochka-U missile in Donetsk on March 14, we’ve filed an application form [at the ICC website], we’ve stated what information we have. The application has been given a number, and it has been registered. An investigator was supposed to contact us to show us how to hand this information over. As of today, one month later, nobody has contacted us," he emphasized.

On March 14, a Tochka-U tactical missile, used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, struck downtown Donetsk. The explosion from the projectile containing a cluster payload killed 20 civilians and injured 28, including children.
