UNITED NATIONS, September 26. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov completed his marathon of bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), holding talks with his Mexican counterpart, Robertp Velasco.

"After this meeting I will go to deliver an address at the General Debate of the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly before flying off [home]," the Russian minister said in opening remarks.

Lavrov is expected to hold a traditional news conference at the UN headquarters before the flight. Over the past four days, Russia’s top diplomat has held 40 bilateral meetings.
