DONETSK, March 3. /TASS/. Ukraine’s armed forces attacked the city of Khartsyzsk in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) on Friday morning, according to Mayor Viktoria Zhukova.

"Khartsyzsk was shelled at 7:26 a.m..Thank God, no casualties have been reported, as the incoming strikes were aimed at industrial facilities," she wrote on Telegram.

Zhukova reported problems with electricity and water supply in the city in the wake of the attack.
