MOSCOW, July 2. /TASS/. The turnout at the nationwide vote on the amendments to the Russian Constitution stood at 67.97%, according to data provided by Russia’s Central Election Commission as of 12:00 Moscow time on Thursday.

According to previous reports, 77.92% backed the constitutional amendments with 100% of ballots counted, while 21.27% voted against them.
