This instruction was given by the Russian and Indian leaders following their joint participation in the BRICS summit, India’s ambassador to Russia Vinay Kumar emphasized

MOSCOW, October 24. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi after the BRICS summit, where they had the opportunity to discuss a full range of Russian-Indian relations, issued instructions to the governments to further develop cooperation between the two states, India’s ambassador to Russia Vinay Kumar said in an interview with TASS after the II Russian·Indian business forum Time.

"One of the concrete results of [the cooperation] was the joint participation of the leaders of our countries in the BRICS business summit, as well as a visit to the Innoprom·India exhibition — the first Russian industrial exhibition held in New Delhi," the diplomat noted. "This allowed the leaders to discuss the entire range of bilateral relations and give instructions to the relevant ministries and agencies on further developing cooperation, including in the areas of trade and commerce."
