ST. PETERSBURG, October 21. /TASS/. Shippers and shipowners of the Republic of Korea express the desire to multiply their cargo transportation along the Northern Sea Route, CEO Alexey Likhachev told reporters.

"China is already started to be followed by other our neighbors [in cargo shipments over the Northern Sea Route - TASS]. The test voyage of a South Korean ship took place this year, and in this sense the shippers and the shipowners of [the Republic of] Korea express the desire to increase their shipments over the Northern Sea Route by many times in the next fall and summer season," Likhachev said.
