MOSCOW, October 1. /TASS/. Combat gear manufactured by Russia’s Kalashnikov Group really caught the eye of visitors at the ADEX 2026 exhibition in Baku, the company reported.

"Combat gear for military personnel manufactured by Kalashnikov enterprises, which have been improved based on their use in the special military operation zone, are a hit among experts and visitors to the group’s booth at the 6th International Defense Exhibition ADEX 2026, taking place from September 30 to October 2, 2026, in Baku," the group said.

It noted that the Triada-TKO company has for the first time put on display at the ADEX exhibition the Military Special (MS) series tactical gear (an analogue of the VKPO 3.0 field uniform set) and the MRS 1.0 modular webgear with all additional modules, which served as a basis for the development of the Strtelok fighting gear set. MS is a commercial version of the VKPO 3.0, and MRS 1.0 is a modern multifunctional set of fighting gear and body armor.

Of particular interest is also the Operator-1S concealed body armor, which is in high demand among heads of state and private security firms. In addition, the Operator-5 body armor, a commercial version of the 6B45 general-purpose body armor, is also on display at the exhibition, the company noted.

The range of armor panels is attracting significant attention, including the most popular BR4+ aluminum oxide model. It is on display at ADEX in sizes 2, 3, and 4. Finally, visitors to the booth are paying special attention to the lightweight BR3+ protection-class armor panel made of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene.

The Techincom company also presented its latest development at ADEX 2026: a protective modular transport system, created on its own initiative as part of the Legioner next-generation combat gear project.
