Iranian army remains on full combat alert, spokesperson says

According to Mohammad Akraminia, the command continues efforts to enhance combat capacity by restoring damaged air defense systems, introducing new equipment and relying on domestic capabilities

TEHRAN, August 6. /TASS/. Iran’s army remains on full combat alert and continues to receive new military equipment, Army Spokesperson Mohammad Akraminia said.

"The army is in full combat readiness. [The command] continues efforts to enhance combat capacity by restoring damaged air defense systems, introducing new equipment and relying on domestic capabilities. <...> The newly delivered equipment has already entered service, and military assets have been redeployed in line with modern operational requirements," Iran’s YJC news agency quoted him as saying.
