Canada blacklists businessman Mordashev, his family — foreign ministry

Apart from that, sanctions have been imposed against 50 Russian organizations

OTTAWA, February 25. /TASS/. Canada imposed sanctions on the main shareholder of Severstal Alexey Mordashov and his family members, the Canadian foreign ministry said on Friday.

The sanction list includes Mordashov, who is the chairman of the Board of Directors of Severstal, his wife Marina and their three children.

Sanctions were also imposed on 50 entities, including the Yunarmiya military-patriotic movement, the Uralvagonzavod concern, the Special Design Bureau CJSC, and the United Machinery Group Holding.
