The warning is in place in the country’s eastern, central and southern regions, in particular the regions of Kiev, Zhitomir, Chernigov, Cherkassy, Kirovograd, Poltava, Sumy, Dnepropetrovsk, Vinnitsa, Kharkov, Odessa and Nikolayev.
