MOSCOW, December 1. /TASS/. The Progress MS-25 resupply vehicle will be launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome to the International Space Station (ISS) on Friday.
The vehicle is scheduled to be launched at 12:25 p.m. Moscow time [09:25 a.m. GMT], the Russian space corporation Roscosmos says. The spacecraft will put to the orbit in about nine minutes. It will approach the International Space Station in two days after the launch. Docking is scheduled to 14:15 p.m. [11:15 a.m. GMT] on Sunday.
This will be the fourth launch of the resupply vehicle this year and the eighth launch of the rocket from the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
The Progress MS-25 will deliver 2,528 kg of goods to ISS, including 515 kg of fuel, 420 liters of drinking water, 40 kg of compressed nitrogen in bottles, and about 1,553 kg of various equipment and materials. The spacecraft will also deliver New Year gifts to ISS crewmembers.
