ESA tries to ‘poach’ Roscosmos partners to cut ties with Russia — Russian space agency

According to CEO Dmitry Rogozin, he received this information personally from his colleagues

MOSCOW, May 26. /TASS/. Representatives of the European Space Agency (ESA) are trying to "poach" some Roscosmos partners so that they will not cooperate with the state corporation, Roscosmos CEO Dmitry Rogozin said on Thursday.

"Representatives of the European Space Agency are trying to poach our traditional partners in order to cut their ties with Roscosmos. They offer money and technologies they allegedly have," Rogozin wrote on his Telegram channel.

As the head of the state corporation explained, he received this information personally from his colleagues on the sidelines of the meeting of the heads of BRICS space agencies, held the day before.

On Wednesday, Roskosmos said that the heads of space agencies of BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) have approved a plan for cooperation in the orbital constellation of satellite remote sensing in 2022.
