MOSCOW, October 23. /TASS/. Talks due to be held in Abu Dhabi in November are planned in a trilateral format involving Russia, the United States and Ukraine, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

However, the possibility of European participation cannot be excluded beforehand, he noted.

It was reported earlier that the talks would address guaranteeing the security of Russia and Ukraine after peace is achieved. In this context, the framework of European security could also be discussed.

"Nothing can be ruled out in advance. But the talks we are discussing, which are scheduled for the first half of November in Abu Dhabi, will be held in a trilateral format," Peskov said.
